THE CREW
CHLOE LARA-RUSSACK
CEO & Founder
Founder, Chloe Lara-Russack has a B.A. in Theater and Education from Bates College and an M.A. in Drama Therapy from NYU. She has devoted her life to the theater arts and its unequivocal power to transform. For the majority of the past twenty years Chloe has spent her time immersed in children's theater and theater education. She has always focused on the therapeutic elements of these experiences: What is the story we are trying to tell? How can we grow, learn and evolve through these stories? And ultimately, how can we give rise to our voice and the voice of others?

Chloe recently moved back to her home state of Vermont where she lives with her three babies, Rowan, Hazel and Otis, and her husband, Dan.

The Sparrow Project is a dream realized. It is a place where we can share, hold and empower one another's stories through connection, writing prompts, guided exercises, play, and of course story telling.
