This 4-week class is designed for adults who are ready to explore the big or little questions they’ve been carrying around—questions about career, life direction, personal growth, and finding balance. Whether you’re wondering, What’s next for my career? How can I create more peace in my day-to-day life? or How do I build deeper connections with others?—this class will help you find clarity through the power of creativity and community.
Each week, we will come together to share our questions and use creative arts materials to explore answers in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. You will leave each session with new insights, as well as tangible tools—a potential road map for positive, lasting change. By the end of the four weeks, you will feel empowered to take the next steps toward a more fulfilled and intentional life, guided by the creative process and the power of group connection.
